Dipanita Biswas is the visionary founder of Astsankhlam, a Delhi-based wellness initiative dedicated to mental health, yogic healing, and conscious living. As a trained psychologist and therapist, she brings years of experience in guiding individuals through challenges related to stress, trauma, anxiety, emotional imbalance, and life transitions. Rooted in the principles of mindfulness and holistic care, Dipanita’s approach blends psychological understanding with yogic wisdom. Through Astsankhlam, she helps people reconnect with themselves, release emotional blockages, and cultivate inner balance. Her sessions integrate therapeutic conversations, meditation practices, breathwork, energy alignment and intuitive healing methods tailored to each individual’s needs.
